Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Carson City, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Carson City is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for the Conte Drive Drainage Improvements Project which includes installing modified curb/gutter along the east side of Conte Drive, driveway aprons, AC patch, riprap and related items. This is a Horizontal Construction Project. QUESTIONS regarding this bid must be submitted in writing via email to Carol Akers at CAkers@carson.org and must be received a minimum of five (5) working days prior to bid opening. Each Bid Proposal must be accompanied by a Cashier's check, Certified Check, or Bid Bond acceptable to Carson City in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the Bidder's "Base Bid" Proposal. The City reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any Bid received, and to reject any or all Bids. In the case of rejection of all Bids, the City reserves the right to advertise for new Bids or to proceed to do the Work otherwise if, in the judgment of the Carson City Board of Supervisors or Carson City Regional Transportation Commission, it is in the best interest of the City
