The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all submittals and to waive any irregularity of qualification statements, should same be to the advantage of the county. Montgomery County shall determine the best responsive firm based solely on the information contained in each statement received. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all submittals and to waive any irregularity of qualification statements, should same be to the advantage of the county. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
