The Project includes the following Work:A.Installation of new or repair of existing water and sewer systems for eleven homes in Huslia, Alaska.One of the twelve homes in the drawings has been removed from the project. The removed home is Site #2.Tenof the homes areor will be served by onsite well and septic systems. One home(Site #10) will be connected to the City's piped water and sewer system. The project will also include the construction or completion of a kitchen and / or bathroom in six houses. B.TheContractor's crew shallinclude a Certified Installer for installation of the onsite septic systems, anElectrician Journeyman for any electrical work, and an Journeyman Plumber for water and sewer hook-ups and/or water filtration system installations. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of fivepercent of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a Bid bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph6.01 of the General Conditions. Such Bid bond will be issued in the form included in the Bidding Documents. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $500,000-$700,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Project has an expected substantial completion date of 15September2021and final of 15 October 2021.
