The Department of CIPM expeditors scheduled time for receiving the mail from the Post Office box is at 10AM and 2PM. The North Slope Borough Department of Administration and Finance, Shipping and Receiving Division are authorized to pick up packages that are being sent by commercial airlines to Utqiagvik during their scheduled pickups, please provide airwaybill number to the Contract Administrator. Bids must be labeled to North Slope Dept. of CIPM, Attn: Sophia Amling, Contract Administrator for commercial airlines (Goldstreak & UPS). Proposals received after the time announced for the bid closing, which will be 4:00 p.m. unless otherwise specified, will not be considered. Early submittals are encouraged. Delays due to weather, airline schedules or other unknown variables will not be considered an exception to the deadline requirements. Faxed or emailed RFPs to any Borough employee or representative will not be accepted. Bids are considered received when they have been date stamped and time indicated by the Contract Administrator or designee. All potential bidders are required to register as plan holders on the North Slope Borough procurement website in order to receive electronic delivery of project updates and addendums.
