PMB Rhome Developer West 1, LLC. on behalf of Rolling V Ranch Water Control and Improvement District No. 2 reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Board's judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project. (Texas Water Code 49.273) Bluestem is a master planned residential development located within the extra-territorial jurisdiction (ETJ) of the City of Rhome in Wise County, Texas. Paving Improvements for Ph. 1 consist of approximately 34,800 SY of 6" reinforced concrete paving and 7,600 SY of 7.5" reinforced concrete paving. Utility Improvements consist of approximately 13,100 LF of onsite sanitary sewer, 12,200 LF of offsite wastewater improvements, 13,400 LF of waterline, 7,000 LF of storm sewer, and 2 detention pond outfall structures.
