Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Rhome, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.
The Estimated Budget is $375,000 total. Questions Deadline: 6/7/2023 02:00 PM (CT) The district will be using Liguidated Damages. This will provided as an addendum or to be negotiated. A Proposal Bond from a bonding company acceptable to the Owner or a certified check in an amount equal to 5% of the greatest amount proposal must accompany each offeror's proposal. A Payment Bond and Performance Bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Sum conditioned upon the faithful performance of the Contract will be required. The District anticipates (based on Board approval in June) the project is to be completed by October 1, 2023. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informality in the Competitive Sealed Proposal process. No proposal shall be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the proposal opening without the specific consent of the Owner.
