jurisdiction (ETJ) of the City of Rhome in Wise County, Texas.
Paving Improvements for Ph. 1 consist of approximately 34,800 SY of 6" reinforced
concrete paving and 7,600 SY of 7.5" reinforced concrete paving.
Utility Improvements consist of approximately 13,100 LF of onsite sanitary sewer, 12,200
LF of offsite wastewater improvements, 13,400 LF of waterline, 7,000 LF of storm sewer,
and 2 detention pond outfall structures
