Contract 2021-1 2021 Paving Program APPROXIMATE 820 Tons 9.5 mm Superpave Wearing Course Quantities 425 S.Y. Base Repair 9,210 S.Y. Milling 7,675 S.Y. Geotextile Paving Fabric Proposals must be on the forms furnished and must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the bid made payable to the Municipality. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond. Bids over $100,000 are subject to the PA Prevailing Wage as established by the PA Department of Labor and Industry. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 60 days after the actual bid opening thereof. Base repair, milling, leveling and wearing courses
