Provide all equipment, materials, labor, and services, not specifically mentioned or shown, which may be necessary to complete or perfect all parts of the installation. Ensure that they are in compliance with requirements stated or reasonably inferred by the contract documents. Provide an onsite training session to demonstrate the typical operation of the system upon completion of the work and provide (1) year of technical support to the Owner. Obtain all regulatory and permitting approvals, including those required to connect the system to the Local Distribution Company distribution systems. Provide a summary of the above information to the consultant in an organized document which includes a complete list of inspected equipment, a written narrative of the work performed, and a detailed report of any anomalies detected during the inspection. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the Site. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Rajesh.Gupta@bgis.com by (April 30, 2021) to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder's Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. Bidders are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit * Award is subject to final approval.
