The City of Sunnyvale, hereinafter referred to as the "City", is seeking proposals from licensed Engineering or Architectural firms to provide professional services for design and preparation of bid documents and construction support for the Plaza del Sol Phase II improvements. The scope of work generally includes preparation of preliminary design, design development, bid documents, and bidding/construction support for Public Works competitive bidding. Ancillary work includes determination of project CEQA needs, construction cost estimating, schedule monitoring, preparation of reports and recommendations, and project management.
