Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Cotati, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The project consists of removing and replacing the Photovoltaic array, removing the existing roof membrane, removing abandoned classroom skylight platforms, including new plywood infill, and providing new class A rated standing seam metal roof system. The engineer's estimate is $362,732 For additional information please contact David Silzle of Moe Engineering at (707) 544-6274 The scope of work includes but not limited to the following: (E) Photovoltaic (PV) Array: Contractor shall be responsible for removing, storing and reinstalling panels. (E) Roof Membrane: Remove (E) built up roof system in its entirety as required to fully expose (E) substrate. Note: existing utilities to remain unless otherwise noted. Substrate Improvement: Remove abandoned classroom skylight platforms (6 total) as required to provide level roof substrate throughout, including new plywood infill Note: (E) raised platform and classroom vents at roof ridge to remain.d. New Metal Roof System: Provide new class a rated standing seam metal roof system including - but not limited to - the following: Metal roof panels Vapor barrier Cover board (fire rated gypsum based) R9 rigid insulation Gutters
