Environmental Review Services for: 1. Cotati Village 2 Project 2. As-Needed CEQA Review of Future Projects Your firm is invited to submit a response this Request for Proposals/Qualifications as follows: 1. Response to RFP/Q: Submit a proposal to provide professional consulting services for the environmental review for Cotati Village 2 (CV2), a 126-unit residential apartment project with a 2,200-square foot commercial space proposed at 7515 Alder Avenue in Cotati. Your firm's qualifications, included in the proposal, will also be considered for potential addition to the City's qualified consultant list for future environmental review services need; OR 2. Response to RFQ only: Submit qualifications to be evaluated for placement on a list of consultants for consideration for future environmental review services needs that the City of Cotati Community Development Department may have from time to time. Please refer to Sections VI-IX below for more information and submittal instructions. Questions or concerns regarding any aspect of this RFP shall be forwarded via email to Autumn Buss at abuss@cotaticity.org so that they can be addressed in writing prior to the deadline for proposals Proposed start date February 15, 2024
