Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Oakfield, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work for which bids are asked includes the following: 1,500 LF of sanitary sewer lateral replacement (4-inch and 6-inch diameter, approximately 18 sanitary laterals) using pipe bursting and/or open trench excavation methods; and all other related work including, but not limited to, utility coordination, erosion control, traffic control, water service spot repair, and restoration (street, sidewalk, driveway, landscaping, etc.). Planholders list will be updated interactively on the Village of Oakfield website. BIDDER is required to deliver the original certified check or bid bond within the 72 hours of bid opening to MSA Professional Services, Inc., Attn: Nate Rego, 201 Corporate Drive, Beaver Dam, WI 53916. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder as soon as the contract is signed, and if after 15 days the bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the OWNER as liquidated damages. No bid may be withdrawn within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Pursuant to Section 66.0903, Wisconsin Statutes, the minimum wages to be paid on the project shall be in accordance with the wage rate scale established by Local wage rates. OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
