Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Oakdale, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The furnishing of all labor and material for the construction of the Lift Station 11 Improvements. The work consists of converting an existing 1,200 GPM wet well/dry well sanitary lift station to a submersible station and the associated site work. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A Contractor responding to these Bidding Documents must submit to the City of Oakdale a signed statement under oath by an owner or officer verifying compliance with each of the minimum criteria in Minnesota Statures, section 16C.285, subdivision 3. This Work shall be subject to minimum wages and labor standards in accordance with MnDOT Prevailing Wages. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City. The Work will be substantially completed on or before November 15, 2021 and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before June 15, 2022
