Site work and renovation of a civil project in Cheraw, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Divison 1 of the project consists of wastewater treatment plant improvements to include a new grit removal system at the treatment plant headworks, replacement of (2) clarifier drives, a new vac truck receiving station, demolition of the existing generator and generator building at Pump station #1, and a new generator and automatic transfer switch at Pump station #1. Division II consists of replacing or installing approximately 20,610 lf of sewer lines and various upgrades. Construction Cost Range: Division I - $530,000 and Division II - $4,300,000 MBE : 2.5% WBE : 2.5% MBE : 33.0% WBE : 6.9%
