Other items include 2 curb ramps, sod, pavement markings and the relocation of 2 regulatory signs. Furnishing all labor, material, equipment and performing all work required for the IH20 Frontage Road Deceleration Lane for Cardinal Health, W.O. #519.90. Major work items include 556 square yards of 8"concrete pavement, 139 tons of Type D hot mix asphalt underlayment, 135 cubic yards of Type A, Grade 1 flexible base, 287 linear feet of 5" monolithic curb, 2 concrete curb ramps, 186 square yards of 6" concrete driveway pavement, traffic control in TxDOT right-of-way, pavement markings and 2 regulatory sign relocations.
