The work under this contract shall be performed entirely within the City of Burbank, and consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to upgrade the existing irrigation system for the back nine holes (holes #10-18) and hole #7 on the front nine (10 holes total) at the golf course. The irrigation installation will include new main line pipe, valves for isolating areas of the golf course, lateral line piping to the sprinklers, satellite controllers, central computer control system and related wiring to service the controllers and irrigation wiring from the controllers to the sprinklers. All existing piping and wire that is integral to the existing system will be abandoned in place. Sprinklers, quick coupling valves and controllers will be salvaged.
