Site work and paving for a road / highway in Thorold, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This project is the Rural Resurfacing Program and will consist of 4 various roads with rural cross section, located in the Municipality of the City of Thorold. Aerial photo locations and extents are included in Appendix A. Roads will be pulverized at 8" depth, regraded and finished with double layer of tar and chip. Where applicable, gravel shoulders on each side of the road will be restored to match the elevation of finished pavement. Locations are: - Kottmeier Road between Yungblut Lane and Hwy 20 - Hurricane Road west and east of Cataract Road - River Street south of Biggar Road in Port Robinson - Bartlett Street south of Mary Street in Thorold South The deadline for questions regarding the information contained within this document is due by May 10, 2021 by 11:00AM.
