City is desirous to contract with an independent contractor for repair and improvements to the Myers Park Gazebo as identified and set forth herein. Site location known as Myers Park, Gloversville, New York (map attached). All bids should be plainly marked MYERS PARK IMPROVEMENTS BID on the outside of the envelope. All bids should be returned intact either personally to the City Clerk and receipt obtained or by registered or certified mail with return receipt requested.Prospective bidders may obtain copies of Scope of Work and bid forms at the office of the City Clerk in City Hall, Gloversville, New York, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. All bids should be plainly marked MYERS PARK IMPROVEMENTS BID on the outside of the envelope. All bids should be returned intact either personally to the City Clerk and receipt obtained or by registered or certified mail with return receipt requested. Attention of bidders is called to the fact that the Contract includes acceptance of non-collusive bidding certificate and an immunity waiver as required by Sections 103-A and 103-B of the General Municipal Law of New York State. Bidders are fully responsible for delivery of bids. Reliance upon mail or public carriers is at the bidders risk. Late bids will not be considered.
