This project will place embankment material (obtained from on-site) and construct a reinforced slope at the end of RW 23. Work for the project will include, but is not limited to, embankment (approx. 580,000 CY), reinforced slope backfill (approx. 175,000 CY), pipe installation (1,000 LF), and perimeter fence installation (6,500 LF). The project will also include minor amounts of state mix asphalt paving, airfield markings, and airfield electrical work. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. the deadline for the submission of bidder questions on June 1, 2021.
