This project is to build a storage building for Salt Lake Community College at their Westpointe Campus. This will be a premanufactured building with additional features to match the existing structure. Trades include: Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel, Steel Decking, Metal Fabrications, Sheathing, Metal Plate Wall Panels, Joint Sealants, Sectional Doors, HP Coatings, Fire Extinguishers, Metal Building Systems, HVAC, Electrical, Construction Cost Estimate: $ 650,000.00 A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, made payable to Salt Lake Community College on AIA's bid bond form A310-2010, shall be uploaded under vendor attachments section with the bid response. If the bid bond is not furnished with the bid, the bid will be considered non-responsive.
