This project involves the construction of soldier pile retaining wall with tiebacks, midwest guardrail system, reconstructed roadway, drainage improvements, erosion control and revegetation. The successful bidder shall furnish a payment bond and a performance bond. The Contractor shall possess a Class A license at the time that this contract is awarded.
