Bidder must possess at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of the Agreement (if awarded), a valid and current C-27 (Landscaping Contractor) license issued by the California Contractors State License Board. 2. Bidder must possess, at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of this Agreement (if awarded) a current and valid Pest Control Business license issued by the California Department of Pesticide Regulation (CDPR). Bidder must have a Qualified Person with a Qualified Applicator License (QAL) issued by CDPR. Bidder shall include a copy of their Pest Control Business license and QAL with their bid submittal, or their bid may be deemed non-responsive. Certified SBs, Micro Businesses (MB) and Contractors willing to commit to subcontracting a minimum of twenty-five percent (25%) of their net price to certified SBs or MBs (if applicable) are encouraged to submit bids.
