As of 6/9/2021 the project has been awarded and completed but bidder information is unavailable. Service Area: City: Fredericksburg. Counties: Caroline, Culpeper, Essex, Gloucester, King and Queen, King George, Lancaster, Madison, Mathews, Middlesex, Northumberland, Orange, Richmond County, Spotsylvania, Stafford, and Westmoreland. Coffeewood Correctional Center is soliciting vendors to furnish and install twenty-three (23) 1/2 inch thick, MR10, Lexan/Polycarbonate windows in existing sashes of Housing Units 1, 2 and 3. Six (6) of the windows shall measure 33 x 44-1/2. Six (6) of the windows shall measure 33-3/4 x 36-1/2. Furnish and install eleven (11) windows that shall measure 28.5 x 43.5 for Housing Unit 7. The specifications listed above are intended to define the level of quality and performance of the requested goods and are not intended to be restrictive. This solicitation is for new equipment only (brand name or approved equivalent). Bidders offering equivalent items must submit sufficient descriptive literature, catalog cuts and technical details to enable the Commonwealth to determine if the products offered meet the requirements of the solicitation. Failure on the part of the bidder to provide the aforementioned documentation shall be cause to declare the bid non-responsive. This bid will be awarded on a GRAND TOTAL basis.
