Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Appleton, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
As of June 15, 2021, project was awarded to Fischer-Ulman Construction Inc for $532,500.00. The project will start in July 2021 and will be completed in October 2021. No bid will be opened unless the "Bidders Proof of Responsibility" for 2021 is filed in the office of the City Clerk not later than May 12, 2021. Forms are included in specifications, and are also available at the office of the City Clerk. Reference is made to Section 66.0901 Wisconsin Statutes. If the bidder fails to file such contract and bond within the time set by the City, the bid bond shall be forfeited to the City as liquidated damages. PROJECT UNIT E-21 MISC CONCRETE & STREET EXCAVATION REPAIRS 800 Sq. ft. 5"-8" Concrete Apron 3600Sq. yds. 7"-8" Plain Concrete Pavement 6000 Sq. Ft 4" - 8" Concrete Sidewalk The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept any bid deemed for the best interests of the City and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
