The construction work covered by these specifications shall include the furnishing of all materials, equipment, and labor to replace existing private-side lead and galvanized water services, together with such appurtenances as are set forth in the proposal, except those specially stated as being furnished by the City of Appleton. This is an eligible project under the Treasurys SLFRF Final Rule because it falls under the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)s Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) program. Work under this contract is limited to the private portion of the water service line from the house meter to the city curb box. Pre-Qualification: Yes 4,300 lin. ft. Water Service Line Replacement (trenchless) 116 each Existing Curb Box Excavation 125 each Water Service Connections (at basement meter) 125 each Water Service connection at Curb Box (incl. new Box/Stem) 116 each Re-ground water service 116 each Preconstruction scheduling & coordination with homeowner 4/5 Sidewalk Replacement The construction work covered by these specifications shall include the furnishing of all materials, equipment, and labor to replace existing private-side lead and galvanized water services, together with such appurtenances as are set forth in the proposal, except those specially stated as being furnished by the City of Appleton.
