The construction work covered by these specifications shall include the furnishing of all materials, equipment, and labor together with such appurtenances and incidentals as set forth in the specifications for the construction and reconstruction of handicap ramps, sidewalk, curb and gutter, concrete pavement, driveway aprons, adjustment and/or rebuilding of maintenance holes or inlet structures, inlet leads or storm laterals, and street excavation repairs of various types & sizes throughout the City of Appleton. Statements contained in these special provisions supersede any statements in other specifications included as part of this contract with which there may be a conflict. Contractor shall be responsible for all OSHA safety requirements. Failure by the Contractor to follow OSHA requirements may result in a stop work order from the City until the violation is corrected, or termination of the Contract, at the City's option. Contractor shall not be entitled to any additional compensation, over the original contract amount, or additional time to complete the project, for any delay resulting from a sanction pursuant to this section.
