Salt Lake City is soliciting competitive sealed bids from suppliers to replace the removable netting system with a permanent netting system at the Salt Lake Regional Athletic Complex Salt Lake City Corporation is soliciting competitive sealed bids from suppliers to replace the removable netting system with a permanent netting system at the Salt Lake Regional Athletic Complex (located at 2280 Rose Park Lane, Salt Lake City, UT. 84116) for the Salt Lake City Department of Public Services. Question Submission Close Date 5/17/2021 3:00 PM MDT Bid award will be by written purchase order, and upon receipt of the written purchase order (standard terms and conditions attached as Exhibit "D"). Contractor shall be obligated to comply with all terms, conditions and provisions set forth in this solicitation. The responsibility for failure to study and correctly interpret these specifications shall rest solely with the contractor. The award from this bid will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted in response to this solicitation, to waive any informality or technicality, or to accept bids deemed to be in the best interest of the City. Selected contractor shall provide certificates of liability insurance per requirements stated in paragraph XIV, prior to work beginning
