Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Naperville, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
As of May 27 the project was awarded to MYS Inc. for $138,330.50 The start date for this project will not be earlier than June 14th , 2021. All work under this contract shall be complete by August 19th , 2021 This work includes bridge superstructure reconstruction, roadway reconstruction, curb and gutter, erosion control and protection, earth excavation, removal of existing improvements, traffic control and protection for temporary detour, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the improvements as shown on the plans and as described herein. this work consists of replacing the superstructure of the existing 5 th Avenue Bridge over Cress Creek and removing and replacing some of the existing roadway pavement, sidewalk, and curb and gutter to facilitate the bridge work.
