Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Naperville, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Naperville is accepting bids from authorized vendors for the following work: A. The scope of this project includes constructing a new bisolids conveyor support structure, foundations, and pushwall. The scope includes demolishing the existing conveyor supports and restoring the concrete paving. B. The scope includes Aeration Tank structural repairs including knockout panel replacement, polyurethane grouting, and repair of aeration tank expansion joint. C. An additive alternate is included for the demolition and replacement of concrete walkway at the aeration tanks.
