Lake Ontario Shoreline Improvements and Stabilization Project The works consists ofthe following: o Installation of a rock revetment below 255.0' elevation along the Lake Ontario shore o Vegetation and other natural elements above the 255.0' elevation o Stabilization along Lakeshore Road from address 14504 to 14452 along the north side ofLakeshore Road o Removal and replacement of existing storm sewer piping o Site restoration, top soil, seeding, and native planting Lakeshore Road REDI No. 01 : 2.1.1 Substantial completion for all work under this Contract shall be by Friday, October 29, 2021. 2.1.2 Final Completion for all Work under this Contract shall be by Friday, November 12, 2021 The work to be done under this Contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and construction equipment necessary for the construction ofthe Project and in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by the Engineers, as set forth herein. All work obviously necessary for the completion of the contract shall be included, whether or not specifically shown or specified. The construction ofthe project, including the letting of contracts in connection therewith, will conform to applicable requirements ofFederal, State and Local Laws, Ordinances, Rules and Regulations.
