Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Kent, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
Lakeshore Road Bridge over unnamed creek replacement located in Orleans County. Construction - Removal of existing bridge and replacement. Removal of the existing bridge, and replacement with a precast three-sided concrete frame structure supported on a cast-in-place footing, and associated highway approach work and stream work. Construction will be on the existing alignment with an off-site detour to maintain traffic during construction. Bids must be made in writing on the forms furnished and shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty for an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds and provide insurance in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Orleans County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept any Bid or individual item or items which may be deemed most favorable to its best interests. The project duration is 150 days from Notice to Proceed. Notice to Proceed is anticipated no later than June 28, 2023
