Project Description: Tennis court resurfacing, and replacement of interior gymnasium doors and exterior loading dock door at Elementary School. Doors will be replaced in-kind, door frames to remain. The Owner requires the project to be substantially completed as follows: Contract (DR) Door Replacement on or before December 31, 2023, and final completion on or before January 31, 2024. Contract (TCR) Tennis Court Resurfacing on or before October 30, 2023 and final completion on or before November 30, 2023 The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids. The School District intends to award the contract immediately. Bids shall be submitted on the provided forms in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Each Bid must be accompanied by a security deposit in the amount of 5% of the Bid and subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction to Bidders. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond.
