Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Ellenburg Center, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Project Description: Replacement of interior gymnasium doors at Elementary School. Match recently replaced set of half lite flush wood gym doors. Doors will be replaced in-kind, door frames to remain. Expansion of the Elementary School's southeast parking lot to include paving an existing gravel area (former K of C building), sidewalk replacement, and privacy fencing between the school and convenience store neighbor. Bids shall be submitted on the forms provided in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Each Bid must be accompanied by a security deposit in the amount of 5% of the Bid and subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction to Bidders. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond. Contractor's bids are irrevocable for a period of (45) days after submission. The Owner requires the project to be substantially completed as follows: Substantial Completion on or before June 30, 2025 and Final Completion on or before July 31, 2025. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids. Custom Bid Result.
