PRE-BID MEETING SECURITY PROTOCOL: all bidders attending the pre-bid meeting must submit the following information via email to bid@kramerengineers.com, no later than 12:00 pm on August 22, 2022, to be issued a gate pass for the meeting: Company Name, Name of Each Attendee, Each Attendees' Drivers License #. Phones will be allowed, but no photos can be taken of the control rooms. No additional tools are allowed. For entry into the facility, you are required to bring your driver's license and Covid vaccination card. If you are not vaccinated, then you will be required to arrive at 9:30 to take a Covid test at the facility.
