Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Comanche, Texas. Working plans call for the renovation of a 400-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility.
Pre-qualification of contractors on facility contracts is waived; however, the Uniform General Conditions included in each proposal document outlines specific requirements for contract award.
