Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Yuma, Arizona. Design plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Construct a 10-acre park at Avenue 6E and 36th Street. The East Mesa Community Park is envisioned largely as a passive park including open turf areas for multi-use sports play. The park could also include ramadas, a playground, a restroom, disc golf, exercise equipment, lighted pickleball and basketball courts, an art component, and walking/jogging paths connected to pathways running through a naturalized area of multiple ponds and habitat in partnership with the Desert Dunes Water Treatment Facility are also planned. As of September 16, 2022, this project is included in the City of Yuma FY 2023-2027 CIP. A engineer has been selected for the project. Construction is estimated to start in summer of 2024.
