Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a water / sewer project in Yuma, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; for the addition of a water / sewer project; and for the demolition of a water / sewer project.
Desert Dunes WRF Expansion Phase II will increase the capacity of the plant from 3.3MGD of treatment capacity to 6.6MGD. The Construction Manager (CM) will be responsible to plan, coordinate, supervise and inspect the construction of the City of Yuma Desert Dunes Water Reclamation Facility Expansion and Upgrade Project. The CM will collaborate with consultant engineer, contractor and city staff to achieve the best project results, time delivery and budget. The duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following: Oversees the day-to-day construction operations, perform construction inspections, coordinate geotechnical test/efforts, monitor contractor and sub-contractors to ensure deadlines will be met, perform and maintain proper logs, evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports. The ideal candidate shall have and demonstrate experience in wastewater treatment plant projects. The total program budget for construction of the Project is approximately $85,000,000, Questions Due Date: Jan 30th 2023, 11:00 AM MST Questions must be received through the Procurement Portal so that a response may be posted as an addendum to the RFQ through the Procurement Portal.
