Site work, new construction and addition to a medical facility in Yuma, Arizona. Design plans call for the addition of a medical facility; for the construction of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
As of December 30, 2021, a Needs Assessment for the Yuma County Public Health District facility has been completed to include an overview of the existing facility and its critical needs related to staffing space, security, meeting/training room space, utilities and storage. Concept plans were presented to the Yuma County Board of Supervisors on December 20, 2021 that include options for remodel and renovation. These include: a. Remodel of existing facility at 2200 W. 28th St. b. Remodel of existing facility, plus construction of minor facility expansion space. c. Remodel of existing facility, plus more-extensive expansion of facility. d. Remodel and expansion of existing facility, plus construction of new stand-alone extension of facility space directly adjacent to existing facility. e. Construction of entirely new facility on existing facility site, followed by demolition of existing facility. f.
