Demolition and renovation of a mixed-use development in Hudson, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; and for the renovation of a 36,000-square-foot office development.
The existing Evamere Elementary School would be partially demolished and remaining 36,000 square foot building would be renovated for use by the school district for their administrative offices and well as Hudson Community Education and Recreation (HCER). As of May 7, 2021, A construction manager has been selected. Construction is anticipated to start by July, 2021 and be complete by April, 2022.
