Site work for a water / sewer project in Hudson, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Alisa Court Drainage Ditch Improvement The proposed work consists of the addition of a retaining wall at the bend of an existing storm ditch in order to minimize erosion and better improve the storm ditch near Alisa Court and Nicholson Drive. Work to also include the clearing of trees and other vegetation downstream in the City of Hudson, Ohio, in accordance with the specifications which are on file in the office of the City Engineer. Bids must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid, or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the ORC, in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the City of Hudson. The City of Hudson, Ohio reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, and to waive any nonconformities not involving price, time, or changes in the work. Question Deadline 11/22/2024 Questions shall be asked no later than November 22, 2024. All questions will be answered no later than November 25, 2024.
