Renovation of a municipal facility in Hudson, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The proposed work consists of furnishing the following material and equipment for modernization of one (1) elevator including, but not limited to, the following new systems and components: Hydraulic Power Unit, Operational Controls, Door Operating Equipment, Signal Fixtures and Car Interior Finishes for the City Hall building, located at 1140 Terex Road in the City of Hudson, Ohio, in accordance with plan drawings and specifications which are on file in the office of the Public Works Department. Bids must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid, or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the ORC, in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the City of Hudson. The City of Hudson, Ohio reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, and to waive any nonconformities not involving price, time, or changes in the work. Pre bid meeting description: A representative from each bidder is required to attend and provide proof of identification at the time of registration. Representatives are required to stay for the duration of the meeting in order to be eligible to submit a bid for the project.
