Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rowley, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Town of Rowley Basketball Court Construction to include demolition of existing court and construction of new basketball court. Scope of work includes grading, drainage, asphalt paving, resilient surfacing, and installation of athletic equipment. As of June 16, 2021 the project was awarded to Cassidy Corp. for $78,444.00. The project will start on June 18 2021 and will be completed on September 1 2021. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. All questions due 7 days in advance of the bid due date. **General Bid Date and time (05/20/2021 at 11:00 AM ET) in GC project The Contractor shall furnish all of the materials and perform all of the work shown and described in the Contract Documents titled BASKETBALL COURT CONSTRUCTION, prepared by Huntress Associates, Inc., acting as and in these Contract Documents entitled the Landscape Architect, and shall do everything required by this Agreement and the Contract Documents.
