As of June 28, 2021, this project has been awarded to Hoerr Construction Inc. but the awarded amount is not yet available. The proposed improvement is officially known as the Village of Morton Grove 2021 Sewer Lining Program Contract B. This project will be financed by Village of Morton Grove funds. The Work included in this Contract shall consist of furnishing all the materials, labor, equipment and incidentals required for sewer lining approximately 7,472 feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer, and 953 feet of 12-inch storm sewer; restore approximately 134 service taps; and eliminate approximately 4 lateral protrusions and all other incidental work necessary to complete this improvement according to the Contract Documents. START DATE: Between 10 days following contract execution by both parties and August 6, 2021 COMPLETION DATE/WORKING DAYS: 20 working days The first paragraph of Article 108.04 of the Standard Specifications shall be modified to read, When the contract provides a specified number of working days, the charging of working days will start when the Contractor begins the actual construction work, and in no case later than September 24, 2021, unless otherwise directed in writing by the Engineer. The actual construction work shall be considered to not include any cleaning, videoing, or measuring sewers or other such preliminary or reconnaissance work preceding delivery of pipe liner materials.
