Remove existing flooring, cabinetry, sink, microwave and refrigerator from space. 2. Prepare walls and door frame to be painted. 3. Prime and paint the walls and door frame with three coats of paint. 4. Install new cabinetry, flooring, garbage disposal, paper towel dispenser, coffee machine and sink. 5. Remove all appliances from the space as necessary for construction (i.e. microwave, refrigerator, etc.) and return to space in original (or newly designed) location. 6. Test for functionality of newly installed hardware, cabinets, and kitchen appliances. 7. Dispose of all waste in accordance with local regulations. 8.
