The project consists of demolition, new construction, and site improvements. A portion of the existing court/police/jail building will be demolished, replaced with new construction and a parking garage. Engineer's Estimate Range: $41,206,500 - $45,785,000 (Base Bid) *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Package A - New Construction: Substantial Completion shall be no later than 320 working days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Final Completion shall be no later than 30 working days after Substantial Completion. Package B- Tenant Improvement: Substantial Completion shall be no later than 80 working days, commencing 20 working days following Package A Substantial Completion. Final Completion shall be no later than 20 working days after Substantial Completion of Package B. Questions and Substitution Requests Submission Deadline is changed to June 9, 5:00 pm
