The District anticipates selecting multiple consultants to complete a wide variety of water and sewer projects. Individual projects will be bundled into at least 6 separate programs: Water system modeling and water main replacement design Water pump station design with multiple related mechanical designs Paving design and Storm Drain analysis and design at multiple sites SCADA communication system analysis & design upgrade Security and resiliency analysis and upgrade design Water and sewer relocation design Each program is expected to be three to five years in duration and may be extended for up to a total of 10 years. Each program will generally have an initial identified project list and the option to add on-call style services related to the respective program. Minimum information required: Identify which program bundle(s) the responding firm is seeking Provide a general statement of your firm's technical project qualifications List the potential Project Team members including individual qualifications/resumes Provide a general interest statement and experience with on-call/multi-year programs Qualification statements shall be no more than 40 pages including any resumes and cover letter.
