Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Scope of Work includes sealed plan preparation and replacement of Pedestrian Guard Rails at Longview Farm Park. The City of Town and Country is a tax exempt entity. A project exemption certificate will be supplied to the successful contractor. A bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Town and Country shall award any contract based on the proposal that, in its sole discretion, best meets the interests and requirements of the City. The City of Town and Country reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject any and all proposals, to waive technicalities or deficiencies in any or all the proposals, to negotiate with any or all bidders or others for other or more favorable terms or prices, and/or to award the contract to other than the bidder submitting the lowest cost proposal, with or without negotiation. Work to include permit plan preparation and construction replacement of three existing Pedestrian Guard Rails in Longview Farm Park. Section 1 is approximately 114 LF, Section 2 is approximately 144 LF, and Section 3 is approximately 116 LF all of which will be replaced with Tangent Polyforce material consistent with existing decks.
