The work involved includes the following: Schedule I Electrical Improvements Schedule II Taxiway Lights Schedule III Papis Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond executed by a Surety Company in an amount not less than 10% of the total bid made pay-able to the city of Holyoke. The bidder must supply all the information required by the pro-posal forms and specifications and he/she must bid on all items of ev-ery schedule. The city of Holyoke reserves the right to waive any in-formality in or to reject any or all portions of the various bid items. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of 90 days from the open-ing thereof.
