Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Olympia, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a 9,830-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; 12,792-square-foot retail development; municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

As of July 12,2021. the project has not been awarded and no specific time frame provided at this time. :Two story office building connected to a one story shop area. Construction to consist of concrete pre-cast, tilt-up walls with steel joist truss floor and roof. First floor office area is 4,915 SF with a second floor office area of 4,915 SF. Building contains offices, conference rooms, restrooms, stairs, elevator, janitor closets and storage areas. The shop area is 12,792 SF, single story. This portion is used for vehicle repair in addition to heavy equipment repairs. The site area to have parking, car wash, covered parking and storage area. The building will have an automatic fire sprinkler system. Building is to be completed with structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and civil site work including landscaping. Minority, Women and Native American sub-contractors and support personnel and highly encouraged to participate in this project. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. As an option to a bid bond with a State Licensed Surety, certified check, or a cashier's check is acceptable and made payable to Nisqually Tribe of Indians. This surety shall be forfeited in event of failure by the successful bidder to sign a contract or to furnish the necessary one hundred percent, (100%), Performance Bond. Time of Substantial Completion is 347 days after Notice to Proceed.
